Always online game?
Does this game require additional DRM beyond Steam or can it be played without internet connection?
Best case scenario, I can play the game without even running steam like OG Borderlands.
Runner up would be playing the game offline with Steam in background, also offline.

That's excellent news, thank you!. But do you have to connect to any servers to open the game, in order to use the offline mode?

I don't know. I've never tried running it without an internet connection.

its not working the way they want it to atm. you have to start the game up online once. then exit, turn steam to offline mode, then restart the game. not sure if its a steam problem or a game problem. i dont remember exactly what the dev update said
