Is It worth the money?

I saw this game with the reviews and I am very impressed. Thing is, I am not a very pvp oriented guy, so would I still get any bang for my buck without focusing on the pvp side of the game?

I've got over 80 hours so far for the PvE alone. I have already done everything on my own private server where I heavily tweaked the settings, but I still find it fun to hop in and join others, or my current run which is solo but on a dedicated server with mostly normal rules so I can actually make use of the servant system.

It's 100% worth for a $20 game. They could not release anything else and I would feel like I got my money's worth

$20 and I've gotten at least 70 hours out of it between solo, co-op with my partner, and multiple friend co-op servers. All PvE.

Yeah, definitely worth it.

if you are not sure, then don't buy. also don't ask other people if they like it, because you mind still not like it.
use steam refund, buy then game, play test it for LESS then two hours, if you don't like it, refund. this way you can make up your own mind.

Play testing for less than 2 hours? What are you gonna do in those 2 hours? Thats literally nothing for a game like this. Just "borrow" the game from any of the obvious sources and test it out, otherwise you will either test out 1% or never get a refund.

look if i'm playing a game, and i don't like it in just under two hours then i'm sure i'm not going to like it, BUT if i'm playing and have fun then i'll go over the two hour mark before i really realise it, that way i know the games worth it. but that's me

ofc you are not going to get far into the game in just under two hours and that's not the point, the point is to see if you like it, chances are if you get bored in the first hour, then this is not tha geme for you "the tester". (general statement) and i do know you can't possible see all that the game has to offer in two hours, but again that's not the point, the point is to see if you like it, and you can def do that in less then two hours.

At $20 it's one of the better survival games available, and the PvE combat is actually enjoyable. I've only played on a PvE server and I loved it. There are definitely things they need to address and fix, but it's worth the money imo.

I’ve played coop with my friend on a PVE Official Server and yes it’s worth it. I have a little over 20 hours and just got into the Iron Phase of the game. Competing with others for Cotton is a pain but solo you can do it without competition. $20 is a steal in my opinion. I’ve bought quite a few early access games and refunded but not this one. If you like Survivor type games and building then yeah it’s worth it. Being able to expand your castle and marvel at the beauty of it is amazing.

The price is so cheap because the devs have a profit deal with server hosting service. Problem with that is the hosting service is one of the worst in the world which is why they needed to get an exclusivity deal. Expect your server to randomly die because it had unplayable lag for days or it wouldn't show up in the server browser on wipe for a few days. Otherwise its def worth it.
