I love the game and what the game offers in content.
More is better of course but this is one of the best alpha's that I have seen in a long time.

How ever I am very unpleased to see how easy people can get through your base.
A stone golem (→player) and 3 other players are smashing on your door and in less then 5 minutes they are through 35+ walls and doors.

Should it not be better that only the stone golem can do damage to your building? While the rest of the team is trying to defend the golem instead. So the other team have at least the chance to go to their base and try to defend it.

Several times I have been trying to fight a boss and at the same time they are the castle.
By the time the boss is done and I am finally all the way over at our castle it's already raided. . .

Numerous times something simulair happens. It just goes way to quick and will put a lot of other players in a huge disadvantage. They keep losing everything. By the time they have something again they are raided again.

It seems other players are just hitting over and over other doors and in no time they are in the center of your base.

Most definitely when you see mini zergs. Meaning there are cases like on server EU#1304
There are French people over 15-20 people teaming up and crushing everything around.

Things like this will put this game very negative soon (Watch the game →Last Oasis as an example.) Barely any playerbase left there, because of this very in specific reason.

Everyone on the server is shown where the golem is as it gives the server a warning when the golem is placed down and if it's for your base or your allies you need to stop is as soon as you can.

You can teleport near your base usually or if all else fails just respawn at your base.

Even if the golem does get up it takes over a minute to break the first wall and the golem is very easy to destroy and should be your target.

If the enemies have an alliance you need to get your own as these are a big part of these games.

Also remember to have strong servants that can help defend your base in good gear.

The game really needmore content toward raiding and gestion /macro of your kingdom and subject anyway.

I would consider this a first pass on a well polished early access game. Hopefully the devs will be able to take the quality feedback and suggestions and come up with some better viable ways to help players in various situations, specifically raiding.

There will never be a perfect solution, as no matter what changes they do make, it won't please everyone, such is the nature of balancing a game like this.

It will take some time, so taking a break and waiting a little bit never hurts.

Also, the server you are on, my be ran by some admins who like to raid, and have adjusted times. Normally it's a timed raid, and from what I heard if you honeycomb right, they shouldn't be able to get that far, having a base before your base is the way to go.
