Anyway to increase blood pool or keep same blood quality?
As stated it'd be nice to increase the blood pool and instead of blood quality, it'd be nice to go by blood type, that way we only have to feast on one type of class? I mean quality would be nice but finding multiple high quality creatures before needing to feed again, isn't common

There isn't a way to do so, but you can eventually take prisoners so you can feast on them multiple times and have their blood type and purity on tap.

It's why prisons are a thing; essentially making your own blood bank.

If it were too easy to refill on high-quality blood it would diminish the gameplay loop of finding different/better blood types, similar to the extremely common problem of survival crafters where at a certain point, food becomes a complete non-issue and may as well not exist as a mechanic.

Servants are just servants; while you can convert a prisoner into a servant, you cannot make a servant into a prisoner. They also won't leave castle boundaries.

You'll get the recipe for prison cells into T2 (Iron) after killing a certain V Blood.

The servant coffin and the prison cell are different. You want to put some high % blood types (5 different ones are capturable) in the prison cells. Then, you can bottle their blood to carry around. You have to heal them and fix their misery with certain fish. You'll see these options when you click on the prison cell that has a prisoner in it.

Servants are used to protect your castle from attackers, or to send them out on resource gathering missions.

Prisons are unlocked by beating Vincent the Frostbringer. You can dominate a human and put them in the prison. Then you can drain their blood or obtain blood essence from them, which harms them and increases misery. Misery increases how much damage the draining process deals, so be careful not to let it get too high or you could end up one-shotting your prisoner. Feed your prisoners specific meals to heal them and reduce their misery. There are also prison floors that can help reduce the harmful effects caused by draining.

If you're playing on a PvP server, it could. If you're playing PvE, you're fine. Nobody is coming for your stuff.

Actually, mobs can wander in if your castle isn't sealed. It's not a huge deal though. You can use 'servant lock' doors to keep any servants from opening the doors, otherwise they will leave them open a lot.

Yeah, you can place tombstones and spawn enemies from them with specific resources.
