Armors look squashed/warped due to it.
If you want to stare at your characters ass or pecks then go play a MMO or waifu/husbando game.
Also, if it is irrlevant, why go the extra length to design a grotesk male vampire?
Did you know that you play the game wrong? It is a roll playing game, if not even the look of your "roll" matters, you maybe in the wrong genre.

Hear hear!
There's no excuse for how horrible the male model looks especially when most of the game creators are male & know male anatomy better than female anatomy, not to mention that it's a vampire game where people expect to be able to make attractive (or monstrous if that's people's thing too) characters of both genders, especially as the vampire genre appeals to a LOT of women.
If that's the case, then why bother putting so much more detail into the female model?
Tired of the double standard in gaming, especially in a genre that has mass appeal to women.
