1-Create a new private local world
2-Edit EVERY single option (values, ticks, ecc..) on the server rule preset
3-Start the server
4-Go inside the new server save, pick the file (that have now ALL the changable options) for the server settings and use it on your save (editing what you wish for).
5- Be aware that you CAN'T apply a value that isn't supported from the min-max.

Example: if the min value is 1 you can't use 0.5, otherwise the server will "break" and wont load.

What about my friends? I am hosting for them as well. Will they have to start their castles over? will I have to restart my castles? boss progress?

You don't need to restart the world, you need to CREATE the whole server settings file and edit it how you wants and then use on your already opened server. They would need nothing as those are settings server sides.

C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising\ServerSettingsPresets

what does it mean if this folder is empty? is it because its on a private server?
