Npc spawn locations for 100% blood types

Does anyone know if there are certain spawn points for 100% blood types. ?

i am trying to fill my prison cells and have been riding around for days trying to find some 100's to use. the closest i have got so far is a 97% warrior.

at first i thought it was just RNG for what level the npcs blood level is but i have found high level mobs generally occupy the same spawn spots.

i have noticed there is always a high level scholar in the Abby near the boss. it moves from 75-high 80's so far. hopefully a 100 will show up.

anyone else found consistent high blood NPC's anywhere. ?

Get up early in the morning and start circling the middle area, top right portal, below the one at the top, there is a militia camp far to the right side, there is an archer outside of the tent >> from 30 to 96-97 % sometimes 100 but never got the chance to get it from there.Usually i am traveling the roads and my theory is that if you see a mob with 90 % and you leave him for a while, he might get 100 % but i never followed a mob for that long and im sure he wont get 100 in front of me so the worst scenario might be where chances to get one are average and it is a random drop and you have to clear the camps, kill the patrols and wait for a re-spawn or find out when the server restarts, usually early in the morning and start searching right after.FYI If you search long enough you will find it.Me personally i found twice the target and i messed up twice by clicking my ulti instead of 'r' key. Chances to get worker 100 % Low,Scholar 100 % low too, warrior average, brute low, rogue average. Warrior 100 % , once as torchbearer, once as something else, rogue as archer and guy with crossbow.

i did encounter a 100 warrior in the silver mine. gonna keep checking there as well
