[HELP] Soul Shards respawning

Hi guys we have a dedicated PVP server, but we have a problem there should be only 3 shards. And we gathered all 3 already but the problem is it is still respawning and dropped from the boss.

Is there any way to solve this? I thought it's only 3 and never respawn, so the other clan must raid the castle who has the shards to obtain it.
