Can't destroy castle heart.

Hello, we have just successfully completed a castle raid, but unfortunately we have no option to destroy the heart of the castle even though we have the right level key (an iron key for a level 3 heart) and the server has the option for the heart "Can be destroyed or seized by enemy players"
any idea ? thanks in advance !

Does it require it to be in decay state?

I'm almost positive you can't destroy someones castle or steal it unless it's in the decay state.

No, "Can be destroyed or seized by enemy players" so not a decay problem :/

Seized by enemy players only works if your not over your castle cap.
Does the server have a PVP timer and your outside the timer window?

In my clan I am the only one not to have a castle heart placed, we wanted to destroy the castle and take its location.

I have the same problem i am on a pvp server + we have destroy the base with a golem, we have the key with the good lvl for the base ( we did it during the time lapse for pvp ), but the key don't work when we reach the heart =( . Someone can explain what we did wrong?

You must be on a Merciless Server to destroy someones work, UNLESS it's decaying. Keys do not work on non-Merciless Servers, as Castles tend to regenerate everything back to full in a few hours. You can raid people, steal all their crap, but that's the extent.
