Watch this video. It will give an insight into blood system and in the comments its mentioned that after you kill Tristan the Vampore hunter he unlocks your ability to track blood types or something. It also says in the T2 and T3 zones there are more 100% bloods
Also, if it's 100% scholar blood I'd suggest put him/her in a cage instead to draw blood. 100% scholar blood is so good in boss fights. Later on if you want them as servants then you can turn them.
Did they say how they came to that conclusion?
Cant confirm if true but if yo go to the silverlight hills, most of the big burly paladins there are near 100% most of the time.
hmm, good to know I guess. I haven't had any luck in the T2 zone, all of my 100% were found in the starting area.
as a side note my personal theory is that npc mobs gain percentage the longer they are alive. I usually find 100% early in the day when nobody is on. in places that have a lot of players running around killing npcs the percent always seems to be hella low.

depends on the blood and what you are doing. 100% worker blood won't help much in a boss fight.
The buffs are quite dramatic though.
