End game durability is like paper, when i am freshly repaired and go into the city to have some fun and loot the place for an hour maybe 2, the gear is already half durability.
Feel like i'm looting/farming almost for upkeep, 2/3 goes to progress 1/3 into repairs every time you go out.
i suspect durability dmg is % based rather then actual points taken off, which would be ridiculous is true. (means the numbers are bs and bone armor and bloodmoon have the same durability behind the scenes.)
You will want to be putting armour sets onto your servants, and broken armour still gives your servants the same stats as fully repaired armour so you trade your sets with your servants constantly.
By the time you get all your servants in full top gear(and traded your broken gear onto them) you will have accumulated enough materials from servant hunt missions that it will not longer be an issue.
