My guess is, sometimes you might find NPCs here, I was thinking to visit one such place during a blood moon.

it's about their faith (the humans one) they put lot of emphasis on light.

It's a placeholder for future content for sure. As is the colloseum/arena thing and the huge circle bit in the middle of dunley. There's possibly more I've forgotten about.
