Entering Farbane Woods?

Hi I hope I am not just stupid but how the hell do you enter the forest? It prompts saying press F to enter Farbane Woods but when I push F it opens my maps with no further explanation no obvious thing to do. Help?

When it opens the map, you need to choose 1 of the 2 starting points on the map

On the map, click one of the waypoints that you want to start out from (either the right one or the left one). Hopefully this helps!

My map has no starting points I think I have some kind of bug if there are supposed to be some. It is just what appears to be a map of the entire game with nothing to interact with.

I think that is a bug try a different server and see if it keeps happening.

there are two icons on the lower end of the map, one in the west, and one in the east. green in color i think, click one

My map has nothing on it. Ugh!
