It is but I disagree. Make both the male and female models monstrous if that is what you are going for. Or allow for some customization that isn't gender specific.
Actual female vampires are proportionally similar to your average non-vampiric human female.
Actual male vampire are, well, they're ummm... unusual.
So you don't see the sexism that is occurring here?
Yes this... although not sure how orientation relates to body proportions. Customization would be nice.
