Yes its a wide issue. It's been posted over their discord.
Vrising worked on first play through.. now it crashes. Reinstalled / changed settings with no fix.
If it's my PSU going bad then the game must be poorly optimized because no other game is causing this issue to pull as much power then? ( other games max my GPU to..)
Running a 2080 TI
changed settings everywhere and checked BIOS~ really seems like a code/software issue from my perspective so far. (When everything else works including crypto mining I hesitate to blame my PSU going bad..)
Multiple people are having the same issue.
People are getting the same event id logs. Event ID 10016 and Kernal ID 41.
The report is under Bug-Report - title: PC Crashing when trying to connect to Server - (ID 976226861048803369)
and I saw some people said their CPU up to 85-95 degrees, so I think you should try to monitor your PC temp while playing.
Best if you find yours before it gets worse.
Ryzen 3600
1070 ti
16gb ram
850w PSU
PC temps seem normal. 40c on cpu and 25c on gpu under load.
I am skeptical of it being an issue on my end. I have a large library and do not have any issue with any other title, AAA or indie.
Sometimes caused by specific setting incompatibility (driver level features, kernel drivers such as anti-cheats, etc.)
