How to claim the DLC items?
Hello,

can somebody explain me how to claim the DLC items? I'm a bit lost.

I assume with the "Dracula" DLC it will be unlocked when you learn whatever the equivalent tier is so as to not unbalance the game for new characters.
Same with the cosmetic transforms from the founders pack.
The cosmetics for your character creation are available from character creation.
