Where do I find merciless copper mace?
i have all the other recipes and yet cant get this one, i need it to progress into iron :(

Random drop, or through the research bench, by "Discovering" 50 paper per discovery

Paper is dropped by Bandits (tier 1 research), then Scrolls by humans in farmland (tier 2).

So go around low level area and murder tons of enemies and dump everything except for paper?

no you don't. You can mine iron with any weapon, not just maces.
