/spoiler I think the only ones I've got a pretty good understanding of are the "Are we friends?" ending where she is talking to the pizzeria, and maybe the "Is anyone there?" ending where she's in a field. /spoiler
/spoiler In the pizzeria one, the way she spills everything out about herself through the texts makes me connect it to what she says about the friend she had on the internet. The ending represents her desire for someone to vent to about all the trauma in her life, like she was able to with her internet friend, but when the end of that scene implies she gets hit by a train, I think it represents how every time she's tried to find this kind of connection with someone she has been betrayed. /spoiler
/spoiler Every time she goes to lay down at the end of the game, she talks about her past experiences with insomnia and how she hallucinated floating letters and faces. She goes on to say that one day she almost died when she straight up collapsed due to the lack of sleep. The way she describes the cold floor and sense of helplessness in this section is very similar to the way she describes the endless room she is stuck in at the beginning of the field ending. My theory is still a little shaky with the second half of that ending, but I think when she gets transported from the room to the field with the silhouette, it has something to do with her dad. The silhouette she sees is most likely supposed to be her dad, and the way it expands out into more darkness is a way of saying that her dad's death is the root of her trauma that is causing the insomnia. /spoiler
/spoiler I could be completely wrong with these theories so please let me know what you come up with, but I think there is at least some merit to my ideas lmfao.

Perhaps a stretch, but could the version of her in the room actually be the silhouette in the second part? The first part ends when she twists the handle and the person on the other side of the door screams, and the second part ends (or rather loops back around) when she screams and gets her head forcefully twisted "with a crunching sound".
She might be doing it thanks to some form of self harm or maybe she refuses to acknowledge she even has this issue.
Others think her mom injected her with a tranquilizer but her mom seems to trust the girl to take her meds, given none of them are locked up, so I doubt it?
This is actually a really good interpretation. I think milk can also negatively affect her medications to make them less effective. Similar to how vitamin c can negate the effects of ADHD medicine

It's funny you tied the phone ending through with the laptop one, I viewed the phone ending as the only "not bad" ending in a neutral way. Where she comes to terms with her thoughts and the world going around outside of her head. But thinking how those texts could be towards her one friend on the internet where in the laptop ending basically double crossed her def could put a hole in my theory.
I think the silhouette in the field however could be a euphemism for the Internet friend more then Dad. I mean it literally splints into dozens of figures that swallow her whole, which I interpreted as all these ppl that attacked her when her internet friend betrayed her trust and basically shouted her trauma dump from the roof tops. It's pretty clear that no-ones really done her right in life. But I'd say it's fair that her Mom / (maybe dad?) do have some semblance of care for her,
Acting as part of the conscious for a mentally ill, unreliable narrator really makes this game interesting and gives it a bunch of different potential layers / meanings to everything that's said. Makes you think three times as much about what the weight a couple lines of dialogue could mean, It could be anywhere from true, to partially true, or just blatant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Hats off to the devs and everyone involved in making the game. For a short point and click game it really racks your brain
Maybe her mother wanted her to buy it but not to drink it? Since she did seem to get mad in the intro of Milk2.
