Doki Doki Literature Club comes to mind. It's not exactly the same... a bit less surreal (in the beginning anyway), but you might like it.

Although it's a LOT darker than Milk.

DAWG go play who's Lila? it's a sick af game where you control your face instead of dialogue choices. If you like David lynch type horror u will dig it

Well, from how much I played, I can surely it was mostly inspired by Higurashi and Yume Nikki. It even uses the same symbolism. I would recommend Higurashi every single day, basically the best VN experience I had in my life, one of the best if not the best game too. Obviously the VN and not anime version if you want a truly amazing experience hehe
