have to restart a couple of times, animation is an absolute joy. as an artwork worth the money .as a game look further. bugginess is irritating, but i like the game a lot .think the italian "line"cartoons but with amanita design style "puzzles" so a bit of chuchel , a bit of happy game ( which i never completed because it is not a happy game at all.) I'll deal with the shortness of it later. i think paying for actual art , enjoyment and experience is much more important than 9/.10

The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo is a fun puzzle game with an incredible art style. With a labor of love like this, I imagine it took a very long time to animate, code, and smooth over as a video game. It follows Mr. Coo, a cartoon character that wants to eat an apple, in a world where the direction of time is being fought over by two elder gods. That is the BEST explanation I can give it, and SO much more happens in the absurd cartoon world of Mr. Coo. Personally, I enjoyed most of the puzzles, and can definitely respect the time and effort that went into each level. If you are going to buy the game, it is shorter than I wish it was, and I wish there was more to the ending. I am excited to see what Nacho Rodriguez makes next.

I wish there was a neutral rating on steam but overall I did not enjoy my experience with this game. Amazing animation weighed down by moon logic puzzles and pixel hunting, even with the tips I had to search out a few solutions in the later puzzles.

This is a weak recommendation; the game's short, which is completely fine, but ends in a To Be Continued that feels a bit bad. It's also basically a movie with minor puzzle elements - you'll spend your time mostly trying to figure it out, but the walkthrough length is very quick so if you just take the hints it'll be over fast.

However, the art is phenomenal and I love the use of mixed media. There's very few games that look like this. So out of respect for the craftmanship that went into the art and animation, I'm gonna give it the thumbs up. Just set your expectations for the 'game' bits accordingly.

Quality over quantity. You don't see these sort of passion projects all too often and this one is more than just a interactive cutscene.

The author claimed that the game had been published before it had been polished. However, it remains a rare gem, a work of art, creative, inspiring, that manages to make tenderness and humor out of the grotesque, that no one should miss. Music is also greatly done and perfectly contributes to the game atmosphere.

I'm a bit mixed on this game, on one hand, it's a game with fun animations and a nice surrealist art style; on the other hand, there were times in the game where I softlocked and had to restart the game. The game is really short as well, only took me around 20-30 minutes on my second try, but that was to just get all the achievements in the game.

This game is a masterpiece.
I love the many styles of animation used throughout the game, it really was beautiful to play.
