Adachi Narrator ?

According to some guides I saw online, to get a specific character as a narrator you have to do all 4 of their score attack runs on risky, however, one guide mentions that Adachi, Sho and Labrys are not unlockable that way. I saw Adachi Narrator on youtube, so he does exist. Does anyone know how to unlock him for sure? Is it score attack or some other method?

I'm not talking about round call. There's an option below it, "narrator", that's the character that sometimes appears and comments on things.

Like here at the start at 0:15 you can see him appear and call the player a laughing stock. Round call characters just announce the rounds and that's it.

Is he not unlocked for you when you select a character and go to narrator? I had Adachi and everyone else without even doing anything I believe.

No, I have like 4 chars but the roster chars are locked.
