Dead Zone / Nightmare New Game plus questions.

1. Are the extra weapons/items in DZ different than Nightmare ?
2. Any difference between DZ or Nightmare of what and if you inherit considering money,equipment, house,skills,titles etc from the old game save?

For 2. My question is what comes with you in the new game as far as it concerns money,item,skills and titles (terminator or cook for example) comes with you in the New game plus. Do you keep your weapons? Do you keep your house?
Or do you keep only your character skills and attributes and you start with a pistol?

I am asking this because in many games when you start New game plus (Resident evil is a huge example) you get to keep almost everything from the old character that you finished the game.

I am asking this because in many games when you start New game plus (Resident evil is a huge example) you get to keep almost everything from the old character that you finished the game.

So if you move on to nightmare mode from previous mode after completing the game, you will carry over your skills, any items equipped on your body (not counting backpack), and stats. You will also level up your skill a little faster than previously. And then you just play through the same game with new enemies and new weapons.
