Another question, will Serum Order expiry lead to reputation penalty? I am aware that declining Serum Orders will lead to reputation penalty, but I am not sure if expiry will have the same consequences. If so I would like to have the feature of choosing if I want to take on Serum Orders if I know I can fulfill it instead of having the Serum Orders automatically accepted but I do not have the time/material to source for the Serums.
well you know, if you don't explicitly decline (the purpose of which is to free up the order slots for the new orders, if you know you can't fulfill the current ones and don't wanna wait), nobody knows about you being a supplier :) So there is no consequence for waiting it out. These serum orders are made as public announcements, so it's for everyone really.
