Were can I find Steel Bolts?
I have the wrench and 2 of the 3 bolts I need for the rail cart but for the life of me I can't find a third.

Buy it from the traders at zernaskaya or railroad worker camp. I got the third at lake cheko after I restored the radio tower at station 11.

Maybe you're missing the one inside the mad mechanic garage.

Nah it was the one in the warehouse by the radio tower. Thanks though!
