Serum Question

Does Permanent Serums get better if I use superior or premium ingredients to make th base serum to craft them as well as superior or premium ingredients to the permanent recipe?

For example:

Carry weight permanent needs:

CW2
BABA
Skullcaps
Alcohol

If i craft the CW2 with premium or superior ingredients and then the skullcaps for the permanent one are superior too... do I will get a better Permanent CW?

Another question... I don't know why i lose the oportunity to buy the sleeping bag. I'm nearly ending the game. Well, to be honest the only quest i couldnt finish yet was the sniper rifle silencer for Gregori.

I swear that i bought (the bag) it at one moment to a guy near the railroad camp.. but don't know why I couldnt find my bag nor the guy to buy it again.

there is another way to get a sleeping bag?

Is there a "fast" way to know where you have your items allocated? I traveled near the entire map and I'm missing my axe and sleeping bag.

oh you are not supposed to have a sleeping bag in hardcore mode. if you want one, you can use cheat to spawn it

get sleepingbag 1

what? I swear I put the hardcore mode. In fact at the begining with a couple of shots I was dead. How can I see if i put it in hardcore mode?

Maybe the appearance of the "merchant" in the Road Camp was a bug?

if it doesn’t allow you to click quick save in the menu then you are playing hardcore mode.

for hardcore mode I put one sleeping bag in the map somewhere for you to find as a secret item. let me know if you want me to tell you where it is.
