No idea where to go, I am stuck. Help!

Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well.

Been playing this game for 25h+. Loving it. Seriously underrated. However I am at an impass at the moment. Ive been searching everywhere and I cant seem to find my way forward to any quests.

This is the list of quests I have to do.

I imagine I have to do the Kirill quest now. I have spoken to every NPCs I can think of. Cant find any clues. I talked to Alexei and he told me to speak to the doctor. I spoke to the doctor, I dont remember what he told but his dialogue is exhausted. I talked to the commander of the Chechnya and he only tells me that they want to take back the country. I went into ravenwood, did everything I could. But I cant open the door to the church. Im stuck everywhere.

Im at a loss. Anyone have an idea where I should look for my next step?

I have sent it. I couldnt find any .dat files though. Only json. Thank you for your help!

Thank you. Looked at your latest save (the first sleeping save), everything is fine. I went to Alexei and talked about Boris, he told me that he didn't seem well and told me to talk to Dr Lempitski (it triggers a journal). Then I talked to Lempitski about Boris, and he said he had a health problem. Then I talked to Alexei again and learned about the Chechens.

Thanks, I thought I exhausted Alexei dialgoue but I guess I was wrong!

When you talk to Alexei, select Boris and then Unhealthy and it’ll trigger a journal
