keys for motorcycle?

so the motorcycle is sitting in its default location outside the village.
i am currently tasked with looking for boris on lake cheko, am i meant to be able to use the bike by now, or am i meant to do something further?

you can use it any time. I really want to lock it behind a key but i don’t want to make it annoying to people who have been using it already lol

i can interact with it, but the travel or use button is always greyed out for me :(

Have you fueled and repaired it?

you need to put scrap metal in it to repair and then put gas in it to refuel

Is there now a key required for the motorcycle? Where is it? I'm slightly passed where the OP was and I got the DLC partway into my playthrough.

the key is inside the dead body in Lake Cheko, who's crawling over a grave with a pistol next to him. The same place you found the pack of alcohol delivery
