Stone of Rejuvenation

Hi all,

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

I have cleared the cave system under the church but I can't for the life of me find the Stone of Rejuvenation to duplicate Klemen's Teeth. Is it supposed to be in the water pool with the very high radiation emissions? If so, I fear my game might be bugged because there's nothing there except for two Morte in the water.
