I killed him and am happy with result. Because i fed him his last meal first. Than waited for him to sleep and Took him out with crowbar. I like to imagine i did a quick and painless death to make myself feel less bad. He has a much worse Fate if you play the game more and see what visitation does to humans.

Hey. Plus the German guy will give you a special recipe if you turn in the brain to him. That is a life saver for me especially when visitations happens while I am above ground. I cooked him what he asked.
