Does unity not have an asset store anymore?

I'm so confused why this on Steam, for free.

"Survival Engine is a Unity template asset to create survival games.
This is not a full game, this is just the demo of the Unity asset store asset!"

Unity has an asset store, so why is this game necessary? The simulation category is full of things like this. It might be a good asset, who knows, I haven't tried it. But Steam is not for this lol.

I know I found this waaay late, but they do still have the store. However, this engine costs $45 on the developer's store, so I figure this is a demo to promote it.
