Fire and Metal

How do I make a fire and where can I find metal please.

I'm not entirely sure how to make a fire, but you can find metal by visiting the cave. Go up towards the woods and keep walking until you find a raised bit of land. There will be a cave there. Just, be warned, there are skeletons there, so I'd bring a weapon along with your pickaxe.

Make a BBQ. It also counts as fire.
Metal is a stone with black spots, you can mine it with pickaxe. A stone with yellow spots is gold.
