is there away to set setting for controller as well. My younger brother plays controller is there a way to set it up so he can work only controller practice?

As for now this isn't possible in the game itself.
It is however possible to to do this with 3rd party software.

really blows that you can use controller instantly uninstall if you controller is on it drags the mouse by itself whack
