No more solutions about black bars on the side of the screen?

Hello. I knew there was a graphix fix for SH3, which made your game run in full screen, for 16:10 resolutions. Concerning DW, I've tried many tips but those damned black bars are still here! Worst thing is that I've re-installed DW recently, and I remember I could played it in full screen, but I'm unable to remember what I've done for that!? Anyone could help me? My screen resolution: 1680x1050.

Finally, I found a solution. No more black bars, and game run in high resolution.

How Did you do it i have been having the same issue

(wilI be hard to explain in english!) I have an AMD graphic card, so I went to the the AMD Radéon manager. In the games settings, I went to DW, and in the section "screen size in game". I choose "Full screen size", instead of "respect height and width of the game format".
In the result of all of this, the blacks bars have diseapeared, and I had a nex high resolution in the game options menu. The game looks fine, no deformation, I just had to download a patch, to make the fonts more visible.
I hope you understood what I've explained, I'm not very good in english! Hope it will help you. Nvidia graphic cards have also a manager to change the graphic games settings...

I never thought about going into the Nvidia settings but there is indeed an option under "desktop size and position" allowing to overwrite the aspect ratio of games which makes DW fullscreen. Sure everything especially platforms in 3d view appear a bit stretched then but for me it isn´t that distracting and having a bigger screen space is probably more important.
