Pre-Order DLC costumes now ?

Hullo community, hello devs if you read me :) !

Just wanted to know if it was possible or if devs could kindly add a way to get the 4 pre-order costumes ?
I'd like to buy the game but i'm also a seasoned items collector on all my games and hate unavailable content (even more when "other" ways of playing a game include these and i, customer, won't have access to them).

Hoping to get an answer and thanks a lot for all these playstation gems on PC :)
