Can we get the GoW Ragnarok skins for sackboy in PC?

As you know, three GoW Ragnarok skins will be released for sackboy: The Big Adventure. As pc players, how can we get them? Does anybody know how? I connected to psn network but still nothing...

If anyone else is looking for the God of War: Ragnarök Costumes, they can be downloaded for free from the Sackboy: A Big Adventure DLC page:

Our plan is to simultaneously release our Sackboy DLC across every PlayStation and PC platform that the title is available on.

So if there's ever anything missing, please be rest assured that it is coming!

Would it be possible to get patch notes for updates? I think there has been 3? so far and no patch notes to go with them. :(

Is there a plan to release the pre-order DLC characters as free or paid DLC in the future? (Connor, Deacon St. John, Jin Sakai and Sam Porter Bridges).

I missed out on this game's launch and would love to play as these iconic characters, as would others new to the game I'm sure! It's a shame they are consigned to history for anyone buying the game now.
