Wait, what no HDR?
Been on something of a Sony game purchase binge recently and this is the first PS > Steam/PC title I have bought with seemingly no HDR option?

I think I may have worked it out, I have an Oculus Rift VR headset plugged in to one my GPU ports, every time I started Sackboy the Occulus Rift store would pop up, think it was getting confused with multiple displays!

Scratch that, still cant get any HDR option to appear, very strange, dont have this issue why any other Sony > PC Game. God Of War/Uncharted etc all detect HDR.

Adding this to Engine.ini seems to work quite well in this game:

[SystemSettings]
r.HDR.EnableHDROutput=1
r.HDR.Display.OutputDevice=5
r.HDR.Display.ColorGamut=2
r.HDR.UI.CompositeMode=1
r.HDR.UI.Level=2

Love that Sony is bringing games to PC but most of they are being castrated!!!

HDRDisplayOutputNits=1000

NIts=brightness bascially, you need a display of a certian nit level in order to have decent hdr.

Yeah, the PS5 version doesn't have HDR but to be honest, having been replaying it over the weekend (and on PC too), it doesn't really need it as it is already very bright and colourful. I'm not sure what HDR would really add to this game and, to be honest, I never realised that the PS5 was lacking HDR when I originally played it at launch as, back then, the PS5 forced all games to run with HDR whether they supported it or not.

Sackboy has HDR. Just enable it Windows 11 and the game should automatically render in HDR.

There is no HDR option within the game's menus to configure.
