Is there an option to start a game from scratch ?

Select Sackboy in your Library, right click > Properties.

Under general uncheck 'Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud'

Go here: %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Sackboy\Steam\SaveGames

And delete all the files. Boot up sackboy and start a new game. Close the game, re-enable Cloud Saves and when it says conflict, select keep local copy and it'll overwrite it in the Cloud.
