Noob ?: City v Country

What is the actual difference between the "city" and the "country" blueprints? I can't for the life of me see what's different?

It's just the aesthetic of the place. In the city you're surrounded by other buildings and there's a sidewalk and street out front. In country it's just out in the country. These also affect weather. Like when it's raining outside the outside queue gets angry faster.

I wondered about that, but in what WAY does it affect weather? Does it rain more in the country?

I think the city and country both get rain with no change. The change comes later when you get level 7. Going to spoil tag why just in case. At level 7 you unlock Alpine (snowy) and there it'll snow some days which decreases outside queue patience much faster.

I had a city and country with the same layout, so there doesn't seem to be any difference.

Same. That's why I figured they differed via some other gameplay element. Maybe only "Fancy" is an option in the city. Maybe you never see a barrel outside of the country. That'd be hella nuanced though...

I might be wrong, but i think the weather does impact how fast people lose patience when they stand outside, not 100% sure but i think on alpine with the cold outside ppl lose patience faster than in city or country on normal weather. Theme cards affect the decorations but i did not see any info of the decor being affected by location.
