- Put more tables out, so more people can eat in parallel
- use sharp cutlery, which cuts down on eating time - quite literally :D
Why I like it: It's very dangerous most of the time, but with the right tools it can be a free card,
Meaning it forces you to think about your choice and it can get you to pick other cards you might usually skip, but it's can also be a big upside (-15% customers with no downside) when combined with some of the otherwise weak items/bonuses that cut down on eating time.
On the other hand, if you have mains with 3 toppings and 5 sides, and you're only serving 10 customers per day anyway, then the card is a relatively free 15% bonus. Just put some cutlery down and voila. So it can definitely work in the right setup.
BTW the only reason why the run ended on day 10 in overtime was cause my waiter player though its a good idea to add a picture that extends the thinking time, while we also had 2 romantic tables that also extend thinking time and leisurely eating which means they eat longer.
BTW 2 we also had coffee too and this was not a problem with leisurely eating.
