And i don't see the point of using a seed to play the same game over and over.
You're literally complaining that you want the game to not be rogue-lite.. the main idea of the game. You're just like the other guy complaining about not being able to save it.. that's the point of a rogue-lite. The hilarious thing is here he says:
Yet then still goes on to complain about how you can't save.. so he apparently doesn't understand the "entire spirit of rogue-lite" either.
Save that you apparently do not use and do not want other people to use because reasons...
We would just like to be able to get back to another save without deleting the one we are currently on for personal reason.
And in this post's case, which have nothing to do with this, it would just be better to have more option to please more people. And no this would not ruin YOUR single player experience.
The issue here is you don't know what you're talking about. You keep talking about being able to save and then play with other people and load up individual saves. Multiple people have told you that already exists and then you get mad and start arguing that it doesn't when it clearly does.
As for this post, he's made this post over and over many times. He, like you, can't handle facts. The second there's an opposing fact or opinion he deletes it and starts over. The option he talks about, if it existed would ruin the entire main point of the game. That'd be like you crying over getting a burger when you wanted a hot dog but ordered a burger.. You bought a rogue-lite game and are begging them to take the rogue-lite out of it. You bought a game meant to be played from day 1 to 15 in one sitting and are complaining that is too hard and long. In your previous post you tried to over exaggerate and say it takes 3-6 hours to complete one playthrough.. when it only takes like an hour. If you can't play that, then the game isn't for you.
Also, games aren't supposed to be designed for everyone or to please everyone. Having more options to please more people isn't always good for the game nor the player base. From how you talk about the game I think the game just isn't a good fit for you and that's perfectly okay. If you really want to play it though then you should try playing it as it is intended before you just go crying about it.
But let's say i would have wanted to play another run while keeping the one with my friend there would be absolutly no way to do so without loosing that save.
You are actually the only one saying it is possible to do so. Everyone understands that you can only do one run at a time. Franchises are not saves...
It taking you 8 hours to complete because you keep needing to pause is a time management issue. Which is a personal issue not a game issue. Learn to put some time aside and manage your priorities better. Not just whine at everything not catering to your horrible management skills.
There is a way to do that and it's by reaching day 15 and saving that franchise. Again, just because you have bad time management does not mean the game needs to change to cater to you.
You and whoever you're playing with seriously can't put aside 1-2 hours to play the game and it took you 8 hours? You're either extremely exaggerating or you both seriously suck at managing your time and priorities.
3 other people have told you franchises are saves and you just go "NO THEY ARE NOT!" one of your replies even literally said "Why does everyone keep saying that?" You flat out just refuse to learn how the game works or take in new information people are telling you then continue to complain.
I have currently 5 different franchises. 2 of which are with 1 friend in particular. The other 3 are with a different group of friends. And at any point we can play a new game as well and just get to day 15 and save that one if we want to.
You are the ONLY person having a problem with this. The only person to have a problem with it since the game started in beta. And you still don't seem to understand that it's a personal issue not a game issue.
What we actually need is the devs to focus on adding contracts back in, adding some more customization options and some more meta progression, preferably with more recipes.
