There is no such thing as an "Oculas 2". Proper spelling is Oculus, and Oculus is a company making many different hmds. Like the Rift CV1, Rift-S, Oculus Go, Quest and Quest 2.

Your post is like asking for help with a Ford 2 car.

When asking others to spend time providing help, the least you can do it to provide the correct name for your hmd. And then always mention the hardware and software you're using - like cpu, gpu, operating system. 2c.

Only way to play it with Oculus Quest 2 (I knew what you meant and find I have no need to insult you like Rune did) is if you are Air Linked or Oculus Linked to a PC. This game runs only on PC (maybe PSVR). It does not run natively on Quest. One you have the connection from your Quest to your PC you need to run Steam VR then you can access and run your game. I am using a Quest 2 with Oculus Airlink and SteamVR and have no controller issues. Hope this helps and good luck! Oh - and just for Grins - Rune may want to "at least provide the correct name for your hmd" - it is now technically Meta Quest as the Oculus name has been replaced with Meta. You are welcome, Rune.

So if this helps any, I noticed the same issue with Steam VR. My oculus touch controllers are recognized as vive controllers even though the Quest touch is the device selected in Steam VR. The only way I am able to play with the correct controller is to launch the game directly from Virtual Desktop under the game section under the steam subheading. I do have my device setup with Air link. If I load into steam VR and launch from there the movement controls dont work.

I played the game with both my Index and Quest 2 via VD and both worked perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever.

Hi there! There is a Virtual Desktop issue that is related to Oculus/Meta software not being installed on your PC. We are completely removing all Meta related SDKs from the Steam version to mitigate this. A patch will be up in the next few days. Hopefully this solves the issue!
