Amazon Games doesn't care about European Players.
Die wissen ja scheinbar nicht einmal, dass es in Europa mehr als nur Englisch als Sprache gibt. Sonst gäbe es offizielle deutsche, französische, spanische (etc.) Server.

To mitigate millions of players inrush all developers need to do is let people have characters tied to the global database and not to the specific server. Currently adding new servers have no new value for existing players due the same reason I just said.

same as in WoW release days. Game is existing 3 years and makes the same failures as totally new ones. It´s just a lack in development and planning. To Exit the game if load is high is just not a propper solution, seems to be an indie game in dev

Really need to fix the game shutting down to desktop in case of server connection failure. It takes almost a full minute to launch the game so this gets annoying instantly.

FIX 10027 ASAP, what is wrong with you?

ETA on this? Currently the game closes as soon as it loads after displaying a brief message about not being able to connect to the server. This is a TERRIBLE first impression of the game. Can't even access any of the menus - it just closes the game down. Absolutely terrible.

Got kicked over an error message of running out of ram, I have 32gb.
Then I can't get back on the server, or even into a queue.
