While this is nice and all, I just got home from a business trip and went to get on my friends server last night, and can't do it now. My friends have already dumped enough time and effort to not want to move and now I'm unable to join them at all. Is there anyway you plan on at least adding a friend invite to a server that is full?

2 Servers in SA and never get a QUEUE. I know there´s a forum data in the web, where some servers are "locked language" for players choice. So for ex: Kazeros in SA it´s taken by brasilian language for players choice. But I speak spanish and I´m in Kazeros server with cool ping (40MS) and NOT QUEUE.
The main community in SA always gonna be brasilians, so there´s no point start checking where to drop you player since all the server always the mayority are gonna be BR people..
Come and Join Kazeros if you are spanish speaker, it´s all the same for us.

So when my friends join as f2p we will not be able to play together and because they are majority i should abandon my 60 hours playtime and start fresh. Thanks a lot.

More servers = more boxes. Bigger servers = bigger box, so increased server capacity.

Adding more servers is the point of friction here. Adding more servers is usually a good thing, but being that all your headstart progress is bound to your current server it harms the founders by forcing them to reroll on another server with zero progress so they can play with their f2p friends. If you choose not to reroll then you dont get to play with your friends that did not purchase the headstart, effectively invalidating the headstart packages since you either keep progress and dont play with friends or reroll from scratch to play with them on a new server.

Had more servers been available at launch this problem would have been circumvented. Regardless, this is where we are at now. In the grand scheme its only really 3 days of play time, which is a drop in the bucket if you plan to actually play the game for any significant length of time. This is more of a situation of players getting burnt and just being like "♥♥♥♥♥♥' really?" especially after the new world fiasco. But players are disappointed all the time by publishers and will still continue to play their games, people are simply venting their frustrations after they feel like they got their faces spat in.
