PERMABANNED?????

Hi, I got permabanned because of commercial issues. Does anyone know what that means? I have only 4 hours in this game, and I recently downloaded it, but I got banned. I don't know when it happened. I wrote a ticket to Amazon customer service, and they denied it without saying anything. What a joke, seriously.

appeal again and get an explaination and don't settle for denied if you are wrongfully banned.

I would like to know how can one appeal again. They specifically state that you cant write a ticket again

Similar thing happened to me but I cant appeal again, they really don't care

Lol. Just uninstall, discord mods dont help in ban appeal. My account got ban as bot and appeal got denied, till today no one is able to do anything. Everyone else that got their banned denied is pretty much means end of story.

Considering you only have 4 hours, some peeps here clocked over 4k-8k hours still got banned as bot. Typical AGS false banning players issue.

worst of all is, I asked everyone on that discord server if there's anything I can do, I got 1 reply telling me something about how much did I make or something like that and another one telling me "you're banned forever". Uninstall i got banned for bot behavior an hour after spending $100. they mistake real players for bots all the time and hand out false bans. This games not consumer friendly at all lol

You are tagged along with other bots that got massively banned. A new pass is coming but would you rather start with new steam account? protected properly with steam guard. Used a non-admin account in windows to play. get anti-virus software. If I am in your place -- I'll open a game feedback in discord telling my stories. Hope you catch the attention of the community moderators and take a sympathy on you.

I gave the pass a thought but just thinking about the card sets makes me sick, I ain't going through that again even if you hold me at gunpoint, and begging even more on the discord server is not an option for me anymore, first time that I have a big issue with anything and i'm literally unable to communicate with a human being about it, its unacceptable for a company that has so much money and also throws perma bans left and right like this. Also I learned my lesson and secured my account for good this time, changed password, steam guard and everything. Lost Ark is a good game that is unfortunately at the wrong hands
