this is a good idea :D make some fwends, i recently had two supports and one dps with a support friend add me cos i helped them out / gave them some advice :D they now joining me for other raids :D makes it a little easier at times...
i personally think they need to increase the honing chance for support chars going to end game to always just be a high % and just let them get there, Supports get nothing but Ilvl from the honing, whereas dps all get damage from each hone...
-Pretty interesting concept about % hone buff for supports. =O
Bit weird to hear this as supports generally get accepted with little to no thought in all content...
you can't , OP was simply saying there should be the option to do so...
When i used to play support and i was new to a raid but i didnt have the title people asked the question "do you know how this works?"
I said once that i didnt do the raid yet, only watched a video.. got kicked.
You need to lie or on a damage dealer be very overgeared, or get titles through bussing first.
just group by group unfortunately depending on whos in it and if they need it done in a hurrry, dunno when you quit but it was definitely more common 3-6 months ago, feeling alot more chilled these days, i did a brel earlier, accepted a low lvl , low roster in, they said they didnt know how to do g3 (previously g4) , everyone accepted it, took the kid along and we spent 30 mins wiping on g3 teaching them!
honestly the community is slowly but surely getting better, either the toxic people have left, or the game is showing it is becoming more chilled as people calm down. im honestly not just white knighting this, i probably used to see someone toxic 3-4 times a week way back when, now its maybe once every couple weeks... they'll always be some about unfortunately!
Well it has nothing to do with how big the company is. its not like they are dumb.
They just dont want you to be able to simply change your class or transfer your progress to another character, because again..thats how they make a big amount of their money.
"Got bored of an old character of yours? wanna change to support class to overcome the gatekeeping? Well F*** you. you gonna painfully push that new char up again as if it was your main. dont forget to keep playing your old class you dont like anymore, because its the only one which makes you good amount of gold to push your new one faster.
Or do what we prefer you to do: Give us some of your hard earned money. Thats why we have these systems in the first place"
I always laugh at ppl crying for support, but if they actualy get a drop with support engravings they want to sell them for a rediculous amount of gold.
Here my question:
U want a supporter who gives it all to keep ur a** alive and buff ur dmg by alot, but ur not willing to leave the supporter the expert or class engraving book, nor are u willing to make normal prices for accessoires?
Go in the player market and look at the most expensive engraving-books. There u find: Full Bloom, Expert, Desperate Salvation being one of the most expensive ones by far.
This attitude could be a reason why some supporters stop playing?!
Best regards,
your rare supporter your looking for
