Sure It is supposed to incentivise ppl to gear alts up, but who wants to "farm" Brel for Gold on Alts
We get 40% less in that area of ilvl then reduce the cost there for gods sake
Also people whining about the gold nerf, you guys forget to post the entire patch notes that will be a huge game changer to the game itself, like uh all the other good stuff

Literally the korean update that will change the game and reward people more, less time with homework fatigue and a slew of other changes coming. Game is getting good again the gold nerf does NOTHING compared to reward you're getting.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of cards drop, chaos dungeon turn and lots of gold that doesn't require you to grind weekly dungeon for it but instead will be in chaos turn ins.
If you complain about the vykas and valtan gold nerf, you have no idea how gold is going to work and need to catch up on the developer news. They literally said they are aiming at pushing gold through other revenues instead of forcing you to grind the weekly abyss dungeons.
again they are nefing dungeons to push people, but there are other ways to earn gold, they already said this
I.e making chaos more rewarding for you spending time to earn and trade for a chest that can give gold etc
so start your own parties?
I manage to do that on gimp alts and i have 22 of em

not everyone plays the game as a purpose to distract from an empty life!
Only 2 of my 16 Characters are at or beyond Brel. Because it takes at least an hour (with a decent group) and is needlessly difficult/punishing, not something most casual players want to do 6+ times a week.
That does not even count the fact that you are expected to bring the PLC title to reclear and even learning groups for Brel (in addition so some more reasonable expectations) ...
While the QOL stuff is nice... (I'll personally have more enhancing Mats for sure and catch up on my horizontal progression), BUT:
- Less homework (faster Chaos Dungeon, 1 Guardian instead of) does not make Enhancing or buying a 5x3 of the Market any cheaper.
- Power pass and Express Event do not make Enhancing or buying a 5x3 of the Market any cheaper.
- Removing most of T1/2 does not make Enhancing or buying a 5x3 of the Market any cheaper.
Most 5x3 setups (pre 1540 gear) cost 70k - 250k (depending on Class), not counting Engraving Books (e.g. for slayer EU, That is about another 450k atm), Gems and Ability Stones.
Not adding ways to earn Gold (and even reducing income) for alts, DOES NOR WORK to Fight Gold Inflation. If it would, it would already done so here and in KR.

No, making Chaos faster does not generate more Gold... guess where most ppl will have to put those extra Stones.....

I'am past the gambling point already once you have all the books, cards and so on theres literally nothing else to do
The gamble would only last so long its the hook line and sink that keeps you playing thisg ame but once you have it all and 22+ alts its like nothing.
Literally every p2w game is a gamble, for skins, for levels, for gear, for advancement
you get the drift.
I will not deny this game doesn't have issues but seeing what is coming out of KR right now after the massive complaints is good signs that its turning the game in the right direction so far with some of these patches, there's supposed to be more to the reworked system
Personally I find Clown and Kayangel (and what I have seen from Arkan) a lot more interesting then Brel...
Weather ot not im willing to power multiple chars through that roadblock, heavily depends what the "We are looking at ways to make it more enyoyable" that came from the Emergency-Emergancy post Loan Steam actually produces beyond promises.
Brel is a known nasty roadblock in any region.
The Question is, why not rework it before (or even while adding new 1650GS++ content to KR)? Most Koreans are way past Brel, because they had here for years now, they don't care about changes to her beyond the "This will diminish MY acomplishment of get past her" sentiment.
The player retention (and thereby the extra money they make) would have been better in the long run, had they done it first.
