this mean i can rerun valtan and vykas a million times and stack up the crafting mats ?

Once per character still, but you can now run everything where before you had to pick 3, you will not get the gold rewards after claiming the 3rd gold rewards. You can also buy all of the chest, and get some drops and I believe cards.
