North America West server is the only one down?

I have been waited for whole day
and with LOA sever status; all others seem on but NA West seems down

Is it only me or all others down too?? confused with sever merge;)

RIP west they don't wanna say it but they lost the data and they should compensated all the players on West ... but then again its amazon they don't give a F @@

I lost all my trade Tools, your gonna have to move your char, from universal storage and redo all your trade tools and card roster.

So in NW, Valtan sever is gone and new two servers are made ??

yup same as the first merge. Have to do per server that were merged - cards in the alt c universal storage, roster items, skins and trade tools etc are in the other universal storage. cards need to be setup otherwise raiding with naked cards(for alts too). Trade tools need to be equip after retrieving from Universal storage. Leave what you don't need in the Universal Storage.

So Shun, your saying it will all be there if I log in and look.

the Site's server status page says that most the servers are back. But when I log into the game I'm only able to access the South American servers, and even then only one server is showing...

I have read that people experience this when there is a VPN is use while trying to play lost ark.

nope, no VPN turned on. might have to try to contact their helpdesk
