If you play like 1-2 hours/day (after initial phase) you can eaisly stay relevant in endgame. The only problem is that you won't have ANY experience in raids, so it will be hard to find group to clear stuff, unless you join a discord or guild that will help you finding groups and laerning parties :).
No, to play raids you need to find groups so as I said - you have to either use a dedicated discord or find a guild, otherwise it will be hard to find groups as most ppl are reclearing raids, so they are expecting you already have experience.
Final Fantasy 14 has the difficulty in Endgame that Lost Ark has, but without the massive time-investments and the pay-to-win nonsense, also a new Expansion is coming out soon.
World of Warcraft the other top MMORPG, with a lot of Raiding, excellent Small-scale PvP, and many different versions of the game to choose from.
Those are easily the top 2 in my opinion. Then there is Guild Wars 2, Albion Online, Oldschool Runescape and many more.
FF XIV and WW main downside is that it's combat sucks HARD compared to LA. Yeah, it's sad that LA can't have similar moneitzation model as FF XIV, but other than that it's a superior game.
