I did not get a Powerpass

Im now in Yorn i did the questline in Vern and everything so i wanted to used the Powerpass to level up my other character but when i click on Powerpass it says unable to use powerpass because North vern Quests are completed even though i checked the Mail and it was empty.

implied you are trying to use a North Vern pass on a character that already completed them, but I see it says that even if you dont have a pass to use.

The one from the Event is South Kurzan Pass and should have the Participating Events about it if you have it and haven't used it.

It should tell you somewhere in RED that you are missing a requirement to receive the Event such as being Trusted, which you get at random from playing the game.

Do you see the Golden Participating Event on the pass like mine shows? If you do you can use the Powerpass
